Happy 28th Birthday Patrick Stump!

You are such an important, special and influential person to me, and so many others. The impact your music has done to my life, in all senses is phenomenal; In Fall Out Boy AND your solo work. I was so proud of you when Soul Punk was released. I knew that so much work, time, effort and love went into every single song and I could not have loved the outcome more. And Fall Out Boy? I can’t even explain what that band means to me. Fall Out Boy has always, ALWAYS, been there for me, in my highest and lowest points. Being a healer, and also being something that I turn to in my happiest of moments. Every record and every song are so significant and meaningful to me. I am grateful for Fall Out Boy everyday.

I love you immensely. Have a beautiful day x

You are an amazing person.  I’ve been inspired by you for years.  When I first got into Fall Out Boy, I became obsessed with your voice.  The way you acted on stage and during interviews.  You really are just a perfect person.  I was so very excited for your solo album, and when it came out, I fell in love with you all over again.  You are just so amazing, I cannot even properly explain.  I saw you with Fall Out Boy twice, and they were good shows, but the best show I’ve seen you in was your solo tour with Panic! at the Disco.  You were just so happy, up on stage singing and talking to the audience.  And even though I didn’t get to meet you that night, you still had such an impact on me.  I hope to meet you in the future.  I hope that you continue to use your beautiful gift to express yourself and give your supportive fans even more reason to love you.  I hope that with a new age comes new experiences for your music, and that you can move past those who are rude to you.  You’ve helped so many people, you have had such an amazing impact on your fans, it’s insane.  And you are completely genuine and it shows.  You’ve replied to me on Tumblr twice, and both times have made my life better.  I thank you so much for being a caring sweet person and I thank you for allowing us to share your amazing talent.

I love you so much.  I wish you the best Patrick.

Kelsey.

Happy Birthday to the most important person in my life
right now.I was actually brought to tears
making this even as simple as it may look.
Patrick Stump, really means a lot to me, I’m still so happy
I had the honor of meeting him. I wish he knew how much of an
influence he has been on me.  Of all the band members I’ve had the pleasure of meeting he is by far my favorite. I’m just not saying that to get notes or followers. He is who he is, I’m really proud of everything he’s done. I could probably create a list; listing everything that i personally love about him but i know there’s not enough paper that can hold what i want to say about him. I would give up everything just to have another moment of his time or possibly his friendship. I remember the first time I saw him; I gazed at his picture for hours in the From Under The Cork Tree fold out. His voice whether singing or just talking, oh how it made any of the pain I was feeling go away. I remember the first and only time seeing Fall Out Boy, how much that night meant to me, how i wished I was down on the floor closer to him. As much as I love FOB as a whole I always had eyes for him, he reminded me of someone I once meet sometime. His eyes just seemed to always draw me in, they did just that that night when we crossed those manic streets. I wish I could relive that night forever and have him put his arms around me just once more.
I could possibly go on and on about how much I love him and everything he stands for. I hear his voice now through my speaker wish you could see the smile he puts on my face.

Happy Birthday, Patrick Vaughn Stumph!

Happy Birthday, Patrick. Fall Out Boy got me through my younger years. They taught me not to care about other people, to be whoever the fuck you want to be.  I remember seeing you guys when I was 11 at Bamboozle.  You started your first song, I got kicked in the face and ended up breaking my nose.  I continued to watch your set and cry from the emergency tent because I was seeing my idols in person, despite the pain and blood.

I saw you in concert in November of 2011 when you toured with Panic! At The Disco and Foxy Shazam, right when I was going through something extremely difficult. Hearing and seeing you play live made me remember how I felt when I was 11 and listening to FOB; don’t give a shit about what anyone says. After that, Soul Punk became my bible. I listened to it for 2 months straight, crying almost every time I heard the song Spotlight or It’s Gonna Get Better.

On my 18th birthday, I got the lyrics “You Can Be Your Own Spotlight” tattooed on my arm as a reminder to always be whoever the fuck you want to be.  Without you, I wouldn’t be here, and I wouldn’t be the person I am today.

So, thank you Patrick Stump, for everything you’ve taught me since I was 9 years old.

Can you guys do me a huge favor? My good friend Rachel is trying to win Golden Ticket for Bamboozle, and she really has a shot at it. I need your help. Go to that link, and follow the steps in the picture above.. Please! We need about 300 people to do this… Even if a fraction of my followers did this, it would help us so much!

Please reblog!

Hey guys! For my English class I’m making a website on Patrick Stump, and I want to have a page just for he’s influenced you. If you could tell me how he’s influenced you via my ask box (or if it’s too long to ask, go to my submit page) I would greatly appreciate it! You can do it on anon if you want, but if you give me your name, you can get credit too!

And even if you don’t send me something, could you even just reblog this for a signal boost?

EDIT: Please help this girl out, guys! It’s for Patrick! You’re also more than welcome to use testimonials from this page as well if you need to! This sounds like a fantastic project! I would love to see the finished result!!
